I gave a rating of 1 star because my game ID was blacklisted for no reason. The reason was that my game had a lot of bad net and I was kicked out of the classic match. One player is the problem. It may be there, so I need to blacklist it. If my ID is not correct within 2 days, I will return it for free and completely delete its rating. If my ID is not correct, I will unstall the game.

Free Fire is a really fun and addictive battle royale game. The matches are fast, the graphics run smooth, and playing with friends is always exciting. I love the characters, skills, and updates that keep it fresh. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the best skins and bundles are too expensive—you need diamonds and usually have to top up with real money. If there were more free diamond giveaways, it would easily be 5 stars!

I have been playing Free Fire since 2021, and my experience has been really amazing. The gameplay, graphics, characters, and events are very enjoyable, and the game always keeps players excited. I have made many good memories while playing it. However sometimes network issues and high ping create problems during matches, especially in ranked games. I hope the developers improve the server stability and reduce lag for a smoother gaming experience. Overall Free Fire is still one of my favoritegame

Hello Garena Support, I am facing a serious issue while playing Free Fire. During matches, my shots are hitting enemies at short range, but the damage is not showing properly. Sometimes enemies even go inside the ground/glitch into the map, and despite shooting them, no damage appears. Because of this issue, gameplay has become very difficult and unfair. Please check my account and server connection and fix this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

very amazing game and full of weapons and shotguns . I love this game . But there is one issue that if anyone do complaints like:"abnormal movement","gloo wall trapping",shot through barriers",and much more complaints mode so it will be unable to decrease honor score and who do wrong complaint so his/her honor score will be decreased. it's a good game but some things are not good e.g I will be shooting the enemy continuously and they will not die, but if they shoot me twice or thrice my character will die, I will be in a vehicle,they will be shooting the vehicle and it will be touching me that is just not realistic, diamonds should be easier to get than to pay money,they should be more modes than just battle royal,clash squad,lone Wolf and so on. But to be honest It's great very addictive and fun thank you please do something

Old free fire is good. It has become boring with the new updates. The numbers showing damage are wrong. I don't like it. When the enemy attacks us, we die without any head shots. Even if we attack continuously, sometimes the enemy doesn't die. Even if we use a gun that is considered good for close and long distance, it is the same. This has become a game for topup players. I stopped playing this game today after playing for about 4 years. This has become a boring game where you spend money.

Fun game and all of that, but the use of AI for voices or images bothers me so much it makes my eyes get tired of it. Asides from that (which I find important regardless), I think fixing the 'video' of how someone killed you, would be nice; half of those don't make any sense, they're shooting somewhere else but if you report them, nothing ever happens, besides not everybody is a hacker. It'd be nice to have that fixed as it makes it confusing.

I’ve been playing Garena Free Fire for a while, and it’s a really fun and exciting game. The gameplay is smooth, matches are fast, and playing with friends makes it even better. I also like the different characters and their unique abilities. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because diamonds are too expensive, making it hard to get skins and other items. For example, without using vpn can get into the game, enemy knockdown and also I down, mostly Internet issues etc. In Bangladesh, we have been facing lots of things one of them being network issues and recently found that if we reconnect to the game, we feel like we have sound horse riding in the whole match

I would like to request if you could introduce a system that allows players to transfer items such as gun skins, bundles, and other in-game items from one ID to another. Listen,, Free fire is one of the best games I have ever played. It's so competitive and it makes people wanna play more. The game is simply awesome but more updates could be made, like that adding of tanks and jets, helicopters and also the addition of more guns like bazookas and the rest of them. it's a very interesting game you can play it offline ( for some modes ) or online. but there is little problem which is think they should fix, it is about the AFK system. there are sometimes where I will a AFK warning even though I'm having some network problems or my parents calls when I'm in game . and the way they remove honour is too much network issue they will remove some scores in my honour score. please do something about it, thank you. It appears that the focus has shifted towards introducing new bundles and characters, while critical issues such as hacker bans, ping problems, and glitches are being neglected. As a long-time player, I urge the developers to prioritize updates that address these concerns, as we're on the verge of uninstalling the game.
