Fun, but cheaters ruin it. I'm level 26 but get paired up with level 170+ players quite often. These players are hitting 2 and 3 rail shots that are near impossible. Their aiming seem to snap into place and put the perfect spin on the ball without adjusting their draw. It's disappointing because I used to really love this game. Won't be spending any money on this game for this reason.

There's definitely some kind of algorithm at play that ensures you only win when the game wants you to. Most people's win percentages are 50-55%. I'm constantly paired with opponents who run the table, and if I do get a turn I either scratch or miss a shot that was lined up perfectly. Sometimes I'm able to build up a sizeable sum of coins, only to be cleaned out in a matter of minutes because the game sets you up to lose. The game actively works against you to try and force you to spend money.

Im changing my review. I've spent ... probably close to 100 something dollars on this game .. and Everytime I open the app, it gets to the loading screen then just goes back to the home screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and that didn't work. I've tested all my other apps and this is the only one it does it with. so it has to be a big right? help me figure this out.

Overall, it is a great game and plays well. i rated 1 star because no matter what, if you click on your rewards or just 5 game litters the screen with microtransactions. i understand they are optional, but it gets very annoying after every match when i just want to claim my rewards that another pop up for their microtransactions gets in the way.

Fun at first and gives you stuff to work towards but the ranking mismatches are insane. I've played 12 games in a row and 9 were against level 61 or higher. For context, I'm level 12. Then the table would inevitably get ran or I'd get lucky once in a 10 game stretch and win. I don't mind losing but not that often, the game loses its fun at that point. Do better

I play pool on real tables, and movement on the ball in this is impossible for most pros. Luck shots are 90% of the game until you get to calling every pocket, and even then, most of the shots are luck, no skill. The timers are horrible, in a real game of pool I have time to line up my shot, and I don't have the issue of my stick moving if I accidently tap the screen in the wrong spot, costing me the game if I don't have enough time. If you enjoy the game of 8 ball, find a table to play rigged4$

Too many cues. One simple cue with ability to upgrade would be fine. Also the game options for 9-ball is better. You can choose any wager with the option to call the pockets or not. 8 ball games limit you to what they feel is best. Want to play a $5k game and call all shots, nope, not available. But you can with 9 ball. The options should be the same for both tables. Software is horrible can predict with 100% accuracy when cue ball will scratch to give opponent advantage.

Previously I hadn't scored at five stars. But when I signed into the app about 2 to 3 weeks ago I noticed that my coins that I had earned while playing had gone from approx 190,000 to about 10,000.🤬 I contacted the apps development Group in order to get this fixed and yet I have never hear back from them; and the coins that I had earned, which took me quite a while, have still not been returned. I'll change my review once this is fixed. Otherwise I'm done with it!‼️

This game sets a new record number of pop-ups pushing Micro-transactions. The game itself isn't bad but you literally get a pop up every single time you touch a button. Open the game=3 to 5 popups, open mini game tab=another 3, start a pool match=2-3 more, try to start a second game=another 1-2. I don't mind games having Micro-transactions but these ads make this game miserable to play for more than one or two matches even subscribed to their premium. It's ashame because it could be really good.

the convenient slow connection, reconnecting, turn lost, is very frequent. but notice that when the oponent is reconnecting, the clock is paused every time. rigged 100%. i'm not some rookie who can't win; i'm level 220, and i hold my own in Seoul. years ago, this game didn't have this reconnecting hackers/glitch/problem. i never have connection problems in other games. developers, reply if you ever fix this problem, and i'll come back with a positive review.

Gameplay is great, but the mini games are obviously rigged. Take the "Spin and Win" for example: in the dozens of times I've spun the wheel, I've never once hit anything higher than maybe 10,000 coins. There's a prize of 100k coins, but you'll never get it. I get it, the developers need to keep you hooked and hoping to win big on the chance mini games, but you're never gonna hit any of the large prizes. I did it three times in a row once and only hit on 150 coins. That's just not statistical.

The experience is nice in theory, all up until you get on the board and every other opponent is 3-5x your level and you either run the board or lose. Not to mention the physics engine that is always seemingly biased toward your opponent while randomly rebounding your cue ball to the pocket on the other side of the board, the 8 ball getting shot into the pocket every time you enter into it's zip code, and spin that seems temperamental whether it wants to work or not. But not for your opponents...

Rogue app, keeps enabling notification access for itself so it can spam your notifications. Also it's a scam the players that buy stuff make the balls roll funny, you'll miss shots that are inline and scratch when you shouldn't have, for example with full backward spin on the ball. Probably a great game if your sending them money all the time to buy cues and coins, etc otherwise you just get screwed over all the time when you play those people. Uninstalling. Nothing has changed in 10 years .

The app doesn't work properly and when I contacted them for help I could see their post but my responses wouldn't display so we couldn't even discuss the issues I was having & there are several. I have uninstalled it & reinstalled it many times with the same issues happening. I can't even get off the game when I want, I have to restart my phone and it's not my phone because I just updated mine to a 2025. Fun game, but issues with the app are irritating & making me not want to play.

There are too many problems arising for players who play for free. The customer service sucks and these little bugs make playing less enjoyable. The rewards are repetitive in free spin and it's always low rewards repeating. I don't understand how they want to push the golden spin when the free spin hardly gives anything good. I would buy golden spins if I knew I had a chance at getting a good prize. I'll probably be uninstalling soon.

love this game have been playing for years. Recently on the event tables it has been taking my shot away as if my time ran out and giving the other person ball in hand and when there time runs out, it gives them extra time to take thw shot. there is at least 10 games in the last 2 days that have done this to me. Very frustrating, i should of won these games and my win percentage is going down because of a dumb glitch in your game

This game has potential to be 4 or 5 stars, but I notice that when my timer ran out in the 4th of July event, my opponent would have ball in hand. But when they ran out of time, and the square with the timer ran all the way down, they got 5 to 10 extra seconds. Fix this and it's a five star. For now though,there are better pool games. edit* also I am a level 14, but somehow it's fair for a level 395 to play me. Huh?

Over all the game is good I enjoy it, but when you tap 1v1 icon it auto puts the max bet arena and I slipped up twice now, there Is no way to cancel the loading if by any possibility could you make it so the first arena that comes up is the lowest beting one. (London) it get annoying when I just want to grind in arena I won't lose all my coins in and I don't want to spen 11:00$ just to get back in the game and get my coins back. Just that one issue for me over all the game is really good.

8 Ball Pool is hands down one of the best online multiplayer games out there. The gameplay is smooth, realistic, and super fun. Game used to be good. Now it cheats. I've had the following happen multiple times recently: 1. Opponent gets ball in hand after I make a shot in called pocket. 2.
